This is a fictional story about Ernest Hemingway's daughter. Hemingway had three sons so the author created the daughter and wove her into Hemingway's history of failed marriages, alcoholism and his incredible writing. Very good review.

This sounds like a great read. I appreciate it when the author of a historical fiction is straightforward about the key fictional aspects. Thank you for an engaging review!

This historical fiction, “that narrates the life experiences of Finley Richard Hemingway, daughter of Earnest Hemingway,” is definitely an engaging read. I like the way the has displayed creativity by recreating the story. Congrats on the BOTD!

This seems like an amazing book about Hemingway's daughter (if he ever had one). She loves her father despite all his flaws. I would like to know if she'll be able to break the Hemingway Jinx. Congratulations on BOTD!

It is a unique idea of the author to create a fictional daughter for Hemingway. This book sounds fascinating. It is never easy to have famous parents and it sounds like Finley has a difficult life, including difficulties with nasty girls at school. She has big dreams for her life and also wants her famous father to notice her.

This historical fiction novel tells the story of Earnest Hemingway’s daughter. Finley Richard Hemingway loves her father despite his flaws and she aspires to become a lawyer amidst a male-dominated society. This seems like a promising feminist novel. I commend the author’s wonderful imagination

This is a unique writing style; recreating the life of her favorite writer; Ernest Hemingway. I find it amusing that she chose to change this one aspect of his life- giving him a daughter. I like the poetic writing style of the author, just as Hemingway. The message of this story is love and acceptance for the parents that we have, loving them for who they are. I am sure that this is a great story based from the words in the review! Congrats BOTD!

This work of historical fiction reimagines Hemingway's life had he had a daughter. It also tells the tale of this daughter's perseverance to become a litigation lawyer in a largely male dominated field. Thanks for the thorough review!

This sounds like a well-crafted historical fiction story of Hemingway's father-daughter relationship with his fictitious daughter. It's great how the author has created an inspirational tale in honor of her hero. Great review.

Hemingway's Daughter by Christine M. Whitehead is so relatable in many ways. We can relate with the jinx that goes on from generation to generation as well as attempting to break it. Having a daughter one never had just like Hemingway is what a lot of people wish for.
