Today's book appears to delve into the complexities of relocating to a new place. During a cold winter in 19th-century Boston, a migrant household adjusts to the natural and social environment. Fans of historical fiction will appreciate the blend of history and mystery.

I think the book's cover was added to draw more attention. The review is well written and kind of opposite of what the author made it to be. Congratulations to the author on winning BOTD.

I love to read historical fiction, and this historical mystery set in 1800 offers a glance at Boston city of America and its socio-economic aspects of that era. I would love to know about the shocking revelation and how it affected Jeffrey and his wife, Georgina, during their settlement in Boston.

I thought it was a romantic novel because of the cover, however, that seems not to be the case as the novel is more historical and has mystery aspects. I am not interested in reading this historical fiction at all because I am not much of a fan of such.

A nicely detailed review. I do not like romantic historical fiction but this looks more inclined towards mystery. I would like to read it.

I was so pleased with this story! The characters were well crafted and I found myself thoroughly invested in each one. Quite atmospheric since it takes place in winter, I found myself reaching for a sweater. The period is meticulously researched. I'm a fan of historical fiction and this does not disappoint. Highly recommend this entertaining tale.

This mystery set in 1805 dealing with immigration and more sounds like it is well-written with unexpected twists and turns. I like that it can be read as a standalone. Great review!

"Their Winter Burn", a historical mystery by Mary Ann Trail, describes the struggle experiences of the entire household of Jeffrey Chadwick during a cold winter period. This is fascinating. I am curious to know what the shocking revelation made was. Great review.

I’m glad to hear the romance aspect is minimal. I love historical fiction, and Boston holds a special place in my heart. I feel like I may also dislike the repetitive minutia of daily tasks of the family, but I’m excited to give this book a try!

The book tells the story of two sisters, Lucy and Alice, who must face the death of their parents in a car accident. Lucy and Alice are very sad and they have to find a way to go on with their lives without their parents. There are many challenges they face, but they also find strength and hope.

I found Lucy and Alice's story to be very empathetic. In them, I recognized myself, and I understood their grief and loss. As a result of reading the book, I learned that I wasn't alone and that there were others who had been in the same situation as me.

The book "Their Winter Burn" is a beautiful and moving story about love, loss, and hope. I highly encourage those who are going through grief and loss to read this book. It will help you understand that you're not alone and that you will find the strength to go on with your life.

This is the kind of book I love sitting down to read uninterrupted, with no distractions. I loved how the mystery in the first section of the book unfolded. My heart just went out to Philip on what happened to his son, but I was also glad that Jeffery and his wife were active in helping solve the mystery of Philip's son.

I am not one to read historical fiction, but I appreciate the author's inclusion of romance and the struggles of immigrants trying to fit in America. Thanks for the review!
