This is a delightful and insightful review of Diane Coia-Ramsay's The Good Barrister! The 20th-century London setting and the class differences theme, especially with Benedict and Sophie's "controversial and unusual" relationship, sound incredibly engaging. It's great that you found the characters intriguing and the plot simple yet engrossing, leading to a 5-star rating! Thanks!

The review is really captivating, and I have learned a lot about the book from reading it. I am still wondering what takes precedence in such a dilemma between one's ego and personal pursuit. Many thanks for the review, @Thera reads.
