This book from the reviewer's point of view is giving a warning to the American society. The Americans are the symbol and a good example of modern democracy and should never take it for granted. If America falls, where will the other nations that believe in modern democracy be?
That is a worth read basing on the review.
An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.

An alternate future where a president takes control over the country and enforces Sharia laws isn't that far-fetching. Some of the elements described in the book actually do exist in some Arab countries today. The premise is intriguing and very relevant. I am glad you enjoyed the book despite the disturbing content. Thank you for the review!

This is a great review! It sounds like a well written book with a lot of great characters. I'm not interested in political books, but I can see how this is a specific fear that many Americans hold.

Great Review, There are so many books that are so prevalent to today's time,it's a bit disheartening, I think we all need to take a look at this, we may be looking into our future.

I really want to read this book. The premise definitely hits close to home, bearing World politics in mind. This tops my reading list this year...

Amazing political science fiction story that is loved reading the first time round. The onlinebook.org review of this book made reading it again a treat.

A country can easily lose what they often take for granted and freedom is one thing we all often take for granted. But perhaps freedom is not something a country's citizenry achieves and which they can never lose but something a country's citizenry must constantly protect and stand guard for against any threats

I'm not into politics, yet it sounds terrifying to have to live under dictatorship. One of the beauties of life is having free will. One can decide what religion to have, where to live, how to live, and so on. If we are taken that away, the results are devastating. Interesting topic for the lovers of the genre. Thanks for the review!

America is ruled by a Muslim regime. How will events turn out when the things dear to a freedom-loving people get trampled down by a totalitarian government? This book is really interesting as well as timely in our changing times. I want to read this book. And thank you for a thorough and informative review.

Politics is like a "deep jungle" for me so I don't think this book is for me. Though the plot of the book sounds really intriguing and the idea of being robbed of and supressed in your rights after you have fought for them so much is really disturbing.

Giving readers some possible scenario of American politics 25 years from today is great. This sedition novel is worth reading. Thanks for this review.
