My husband had just finished watching the ancient Greek-themed movie Immortals this morning. I just can't help but think it's quite a curious coincidence that your review is somewhat related. Purely factual historical accounts are not really something I'd opt for when looking for a past-time read. However, a character-driven tale could really pique interest. I could imagine your dilemma when you had to give an imperfect score for a piece that you've come to love but you just can't. Nonetheless, thank you for your insightful review.
