Seems to me like an amazing series with a superb character development. Asides the names of characters used in this boom which sounds a bit off to me, i think it is a book worth reading.

I agree with others above, when reading the sample pages, I had trouble trying to enjoy the story because of all the odd names in the beginning. But wow!! Your review sheds a whole new light and perspective on what I was struggling to read!! Great job! Great detailed and enjoyable review! I might have to go back and try the sample pages again now😁😂!
Thank you!

Historical fiction and mystery is a good combination. Most stories with mystery have a way of getting to me. Also, any story with a bold female character piques my interest. I love this one. Congrats on BOTD!

This mystery novel is an engaging read with excellent characters and plot. I find anything that has Egyptian history and characters quite alluring and this book definitely fits the bill.

I remember coming across one of the previous books in this series through the BOTD and promptly purchasing. Hani's adventures are intriguing and beautifully written. I'm pretty sure the same fate will befall me again as I sample this book; N.L. Holmes is indeed a brilliant writer. Thanks for the exciting review.

Fascinating. The dynamic of the characters is so cool how there's family royalty in turmoil. Than they suspect that the prince that's supposed to take the Kings place isn't even his blood. So who will take the throne I wonder ? I'm already so interested I can't wait to read it.
