The character of Grillo is loving and kind. I wonder what will become of Malini when he grows up. I'll sure check this book out. Nice review.

Being an enthusiast of historical drama, I'd be interested in reading this book were it not for the number of errors you pointed out. I can't enjoy a book if I am constantly correcting errors mentally, which is my habit. Thank you for your review!

I am curious to see how Malino grows up at a time when monarchism and fascism ideologies are rampant. This time period in history is quite interesting so congratulations on BOTD.

Thanks for your review. While it addresses many aspects of life, Malino's story seems a bit too dark for young readers.

This book has a captivating storyline. I want to find out what will happen to Malino. I agree that this book isn't suitable for younger readers if it contains such mature content. I can't lie I'm curious how bestiality is featured in the story.

This historical fiction has a unique plot which has honestly got me hooked to it. Set in the mountain woods of Italy, I would be fascinated to find out more about Italian way of life and socio-political setting at that time.

The book sounds interesting and I am intrigued by Malino's fate. Also, the book touches important topics of economic, political oppression and how that affects lives and dreams. Thanks for the review!

The review of this book is well detailed and informative. However, there are sensitive contents in the book that I have an aversion for so I will steer clear of this book. Congratulations on being the book of the day!

I would love to find out how they knew the baby was evil in the first place. Who knows, maybe Malino will have a different outcome then what people suspected are out of him.
