I am not usually a fan of long reads, but I will give this one a try. It will be exhilarating to visit Chicago in the 1920s and see how the sisters survive during such chaotic days. Thanks for the review.

I love that this story has elements of mystery. I like that this is a well written and edited story. I'm curious as to what happened to the missing men in the story. Congratulations on making book of the day!

This mystery filled book sounds just right for me. I feel very curious as to who is behind the mysterious disappearances. This historical fiction with its lovable characters just keep calling me to read. Congrats on BOTD!!

The plot seems quite unique as it's set in the Prohibition era and involves two sisters with mysterious jobs. Would love to read it. Thanks for the review

The story seems interesting but I lack te patience for long and detailed descriptions and slow moving plot. However,I am going to keep the book in my shelf to read at a more leisure time. Thanks for the review!

The tavern seems to have a lot of secrets behind it. First, the disappearance of Auggie and then Joey, both of whom owned the tavern. What is the secret behind the disappearance of the tavern owners? Congratulations on BOTD!
