While the reviewer highlighted a couple of minor drawbacks, their overall enthusiasm and enjoyment of the book make me eager to give it a try. I appreciate the honest assessment of the book's strengths and weaknesses.

The awesome pacing of this book is a good idea considering its length. I wonder what new secrets Antosha would find in the lost city.

A story with a protagonist who has a dark part is irresistible to me. There might be a reason why Antosha pursued her career as an archeologist. Going back to the Lost City triggered her trauma as to how she lost her parents, but she should face what troubles her in order to move forward. Congratulations on the BOTD.

The reviewer's positive comments about the book's language, pacing, and dialogue were convincing. I'm always drawn to books with well-paced plots and engaging interactions between characters.

I like the suspense created by the plot and events of the novel, yet 700 pages for such a story seems more than needed. I would have liked it better had it been precise.

The mention of plot reveals caught the reviewer off guard, which makes me even more interested in reading the book. I enjoy stories that keep me guessing and surprise me along the way.

I am fascinated by the fact that the reviewer found the book to have a "very cinematic feel". I am intrigued by how cheeky and humorous the interactions between Nathious and Anthosha are.

I am very glad the review mentioned right away that the book is a novel and 700 pages long. I do not know if I can survive that long. But perhaps, I can. I like adventures based on archaeology and mysteries from the past. And there are mysteries from the past of the main characters alsó that has to be uncovered. The setting and throughout the story, it seems from the review, includes adventures in a ship which I guess and think would be thrilling on its own. I am also glad that it was mentioned that the dialogues between characters are humurous. I am afraid I would not survive because I prefer action. And yes it was said that the story is action. Nice!

I loved the review's detailed synopsis of the book's plot and the introduction to the main characters, Antosha and Nathious. It provided enough information to pique my interest without giving away too much.

This historical fiction talks about how Antosha is invited to an expedition in the Lost City, where she lost her parents. On her way to the city, she meets a warrior named Nathious, and many adventures happen on the way that is going to be explored in the book. I like how the book was easy to understand, and the characters were well-developed.

The title sounds catching, I honestly wouldn't mind the length as long as it does not have dull moments. Also being a book of adventure seems to have it perks as it has good pace. I will definitely give it a trial. Thanks

Even before I got to the part about the cinematic feel in your review, I was already thinking about Indiana Jones. Since I don't see much emphasis on history, the book is probably well suited to that medium.
