Sounds like this could be both an intense and inspirational read. I'm not a fan of historical fiction myself, but based on your review, it seems like it is well-written and will serve as an enjoyable read to fans of the genre. Thank you.

I love historical fiction and I think this book portrays the seven children in a very thought provoking way. I am not currently interested in reading this book but I will be sure to recommend this to others who might want to know more about the history behind Jesus and the seven children in general.

To be very honest, as a Hindu, I'm not emotionally attached to the Bible. But as a novel or story, I find it interesting. No Dark Clouds by R W Nelson tells us about how Jesus helped people, and how he sacrificed everything for humanity. It's going to be an informative novel.

As a woman of faith, I am highly intrigued by this take on the life of Christ. Definitely adding it to my "want to read list". I'm especially grateful at the attempt to educate as well as provoke thought.

Sounds like an interesting fiction with touching descriptions of children forced into begging. Usually I wouldn't be choosing a religious book, specially a one of such length. But I'm intrigued by this book. So, I'll check it out and find out whether I'll like it or not. Thanks for the review.

Thanks for the amazing review. This is a commendable story indeed. Intertwining the two stories does not sound easy. I like the fact that the characters are well developed and that the book was professionally edited too. It would be hard reading such a lengthy book if it is full of errors.

As a man of faith I have to say that I am quite intrigued by the semblance of the book and the fact that it not only shows Jesus's ministry from the start but couples it up with the people's view of Jesus and also the heartfelt suffering of the beggar children, this book truly is great. The review itself is great, to the point and captivating to those who know what they are looking for, so thanks for the great review and the book

When i see books about slavery i get a little heart-broken. One lesson I learnt from this review is, we always have a choice. Zachary could have chosen to stay and get punished as usual, instead he chose to run not minding the consequences. Lucky for him he met Jesus. Really educational book. Good review.

'Official Review: No Dark Clouds by R W Nelson' is a straightforward and firm expression of the author's conviction to write the book. The words are reforming and give the feeling that reading the book would be a lifetime reward. I like the reviewer's expression that he felt like he was watching the story as a movie!

I don't really read religious books, fiction or otherwise. However, I did like the relationship between the beggar children and the fact that it was told as an informal story made it much more readable. I agree that the author seems to have a talent for character development. I'll probably give this one a pass, but you did a great job on the review!

Ahhh, this book seems so cool! Grateful to have won it in the giveaway. I would just love to see these kids learn meaningful lessons and navigate this life with Jesus. I know I'll learn quite a bit! Thanks for the review.

As a child, I was raised to be a strict Christian; it didn't take. I ordinarily don't go out of my way to seek out Jesus-centric reading material, but your review did pique my interest. A compelling read in itself, I may just be a convert... sort of.

I felt a bit skeptical about this book seeing as having a fictional account of Jesus' life might be sensitive to some people. After reading this review and the free sample on Amazon, I have reconsidered and will be getting a copy of mine soon.
