From a sampling, this is an interesting and entertaining addition to the Curse of Clansmen and Kings Series following the Roman soldier, Marcellus Antonius, and his love, Catrin the Druid warrior. It seems like it would be worth a second look. Well done.

This series sounds like a mix of a soap opera and Spartacus which has definitely piqued my interest! This story sounds so complex and fascinating, I’m so curious how Catrin and Marcellus will come together again. Thanks for the review!

The book seems quite interesting with an in-depth storyline - romance novel with some historical Roman and Celtics details. However, even though historical fiction books do not appeal to me, I highly recommend the book to those who enjoy the genre.
