I finally managed to get the link to the sample in Barnes and Noble to work. (The link to ecampus says no results.)

All I get is a discussion of quoins with only a couple of photos mentioning Clinton Hill. Is that all that others got in a sample ?

A non-fiction book documenting the architecture of the Clinton Hill in Brooklyn, New York. It's great that the author sounds so passionate; it makes the book all the more appealing to his audience.

Wonderful. Rickie James has really put in a great amount of effort writing this book. It's no small feat researching the ancient Clinton Hill structure, their origin, and the list of architects who built them. The book is written with a simple language, thoroughly edited, and truly informative. I recommend it.

Even though I am not much interested in the topic of architecture, I do value how the comprehensive, richly illustrated discussion of some of the most historically and architecturally significant buildings of Clinton Hill Brooklyn's gold coast would be fascinating to architects and the like.
Congratulations to the author for BOTD!
