Historical fiction is always intriguing especially when centered on central themes such as war. I look forward to seeing James deal with the trauma caused by the Vietnam war and his work as a CIA agent. Congratulations on BOTD.

I like this book. It's almost like one about to divulge an out of body experience but I'll have to read it to be sure. Thanks for the review.

Thank you for such a thrilling and inspiring review about this story. You have brought the best points of the book. Great job! Thank you also for your honesty and warning us about the profanity inside. I however, won’t be reading this awesome book.

This book has a captivating storyline. Corporal James Coleman is a fascinating character and I'm curious how things go for him after his 'resurrection'. This book is perfect for people who enjoy historical fiction. Congratulations on making book of the day!

From Hell to Home," written by DJ Power, reminds us all of the dangers and sacrifices security officers face. I can imagine what it would have been like if James wasn't lucky enough to have Chaplain Prete notice his movement in the body bag. The ugly experiences during and after the surgery is another thing that may be safer to imagine than write about.

This is quite interesting. I would love to read this book to find out if James would be able to perform his duties effectively considering the head injury. Nice review, congrats BOTD.

I wonder why James was ordered not to engage with his family and fiance. This book seems like one I would enjoy.

Thanks for this insightful review. Corporal James seems like a very likeable character coming from KIA to being given a second chance at life.

A nice review. I can confirm your note on the author's use of simple language in the book; I noticed that while reading the sample. I think I am impressed with the author's competence in capturing the various emotional moments in that Vietnam War. I look forward to reading more about James' experiences.
