I love learning about different cultures. Vietnam was such a difficult war for everyone involved. This book has piqued my interest. Perhaps someone will clean the copy up, grammatically. Thanks for an excellent review.

Well, I do not generally like to read war and description but this does sound interesting. I wish if only errors may be reduced. Thanks for the review!
You live your dreams in the characters of the books you read. :techie-studyingbrown:

This story takes place during the Vietnam War, but it focuses more on Jim as a prisoner. I enjoyed this unique perspective. Thanks for stopping by.

I'm intrigued by the premise but am also turned off by the grammatical errors. Here's hoping for an edited version. Thanks for this review!

Well done! You included both a summary of the book and your opinions. I think your judgement is objective and fair since it is backed up with reasons.
