It was interesting to learn about past traditions of funerals. So easy to learn about history with a tale that is set in past.

Wow, this is an intriguing plotline. And what happened at the end? I am too curious, so I need to know. Great job with the review.

A historical fiction with romance, war, family drama, and full of emotions! The readers who prefer the genre will love this, but I will pass on this one since I don't think that the character driven long read is not for me. Anyway, congratulations on being BOTD and thanks for the free giveaway

A very compelling storyline! Augustus was the victim here, the fault lies with his parents! I will never understand how some people can desert or sell(?) a child! I am a historical fiction fan, but I have to say this one sounds emotionally charged! I'm not sure I could handle that at this time! Excellent review, thanks!

The story sounds interesting for someone who enjoys books that are built around family dramas and set in earlier times. Though the review was insightful and convincing, to someone who appreciates that genre of literature. I don't think the book is for me, it sounds very emotionally draining.

I'm not a fan of historical fiction nor family drama. I'll pass on this one but I'm sure the book is unique and worth reading.

Weeper by Greg Morgan seems like an amazing book with a great storyline. I'm captivated by Archer True and Charlotte Fenn story. I will give it a shot. Congratulations on the BOTD. Great review!

Taking place between 1840 and 1887, today's well-written BOTD is a character-driven historical fiction novel told from the third-person POV. The storyline is one of love, loss, strength, and acceptance, making it perfect for fans of the genre, as well as those who enjoy family dramas and books about relationships. Thank you for the outstanding review!! I've downloaded my copy! :-)

I've always enjoyed historical fiction, but this review puts it at the top of my list. While most Civil War sagas revolve around soldiers and slaves, this book takes a different direction. Thanks for the great review.

This book looks like a very ambitious attempt by the author to bring to life the types of individuals and corresponding occupations that are rare to find on the printed page. Although I'm not particularly in the market to dive into a family saga right now, it doesn't mean I won't come back to visit this in the future. From the pages that I read, the author possesses an exceptional skill for writing, and from the review, I would expect this to be an excellent work of historical fiction. Congratulations to Mr. Morgan on receiving BOTD honors.

I don't usually read historical fiction, but I love character-driven stories with heavy themes so Weeper might still be a great choice for me. Thank you for your beautiful review!

A novel set in the mid-eighteenth century; it accompasses aspects associated with warners and weepers who attend funerals. They didn't mix, didn't fall in love between them. Accordingly, it presents an impossible love story. It seems to be character-driven. It sounds interesting.

The narration seems to be notch and since it is professionally edited, I will sure edit it. The storyline is what draws me in.

I'm interested in reading this family saga, especially since it realistically tackles the plight of forbidden love and it is character driven. I'd like to know what happens to Augustus and if he ever meets his real mother, Charlotte. Thanks for great review!
