He was quite a dedicated physician and also an endearing character. Since you love both memoirs and historical fiction, you will definitely enjoy this book. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment!

My dad was horrible at remembering names, and I inherited this trait. :D I had to be diligent about keeping the list of characters, but this story was worth it. Thank you for your visit and your comment!

The summary makes me think I would like to read this book. Thought I would be reluctant on how details the med stuff would be.

Even though there were a lot of characters, the actual medical content of the story was light. I found the uncertainty of allegiances to be more of a complexity. It is truly a character-driven story. I hope you decide to check it out. Thank you for stopping by.

I have never known about Ignác Semmelweis, however he seems like a serious extraordinary person. I like the way that he was extraordinarily compassionate to the predicament of others. We need more individuals like him on the planet. I have quite recently added this book to my "Need to Read" rack.

Since being a clinical understudy, the storyline interested me. I discover it very entrancing that the character changes his investigation field from law to medication just to help individuals which none other can consider. I'm unquestionably perusing this novel in not so distant future.

I feel confident you will enjoy this book. Semmelweis’ life was one with many triumphs but also many setbacks. His devotion to his patients and his research was truly commendable. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. I hope you have the opportunity to read this book soon.
