The title and the cover of this book are so appealing to me! I love music, I love the cover drawing and will be interested to read this historical novel. I already googled Paganini, and would love to hear this music so good that it may come from a pact with the devil. On a side note, I love the expression 'nothing to frighten the horses'.

Diabolus In Musica" by Richard Rees is a great historical story filled with love and romance. Screenplay is amazing and I love the story line and how Richard expresses himself.

I like the part where Paganini was described as a rockstar. I would like to know more about his life. Thank you for your review.

A historical drama in the book "Diabolus In Musica" by Richard Rees, which is written about Italian violinist and composer. This book appears interesting to me and I will recommend all of you to read this.

This book review provides a positive analysis of Richard Rees's screenplay "Diabolus In Musica: A Story of Niccolo Paganini". The author's has a skill in making the screenplay an engaging and enjoyable read, with crisp dialogue and clear directions. The author also succeeds in making the protagonist, Niccolo Paganini, a sympathetic character despite his less desirable traits, by highlighting mitigating circumstances and portraying the other characters in a positive light.

This is a screenplay about a love story and a historical drama. I haven't read a lot of screenplays, but I can see the appeal. It sounds very interesting.

This is an interesting screenplay that I hope becomes a movie. I would enjoy finding out how Paganini dealt with the priest. Thank you for your review.

As a classical musician, I am aware of the myth that concerns Paganini's brilliant playing. It's fascinating to read a story about that, so I'm excited for this book. Congrats on BOTD!

I’ve never read a screenplay before, and I don’t really know if I’d be interested in them. I’m looking forward to reading the sample of this book as your review has made it sound rather intriguing!

I have heard a bit about Paganini, but this excellent review makes me want to learn more about this complicated character who sounds like he is self-destructive, probably due to a cruel childhood lacking in affection. Thank you, I enjoyed this review immensely!

Interesting tittle!. I am just curious about the suspicion held between Paganini who had struck a Faustian deal with the Devil, very fascinating and l love to read more to know what happens next and also understand the author's meaning behind "Diabolus in musica". Great review.

This might be one of the best reviews I have read on this site. WELL DONE! This quote just sent me: "There are one or two sex scenes, though nothing to frighten the horses, and strong language is used occasionally." I aspire to write like this. And the book, er, script itself seems incredibly unique and fun. What a way to highlight Paganini! Congrats to the author on BOTD!
