After reading the first book a short while ago, I looked forward to reading the second, and this sample does not disappoint. I cannot wait to read what trials Catrin and Marcellus face next!

From your review this looks like an easy read and can be read as a standalone. 'Apollo's Raven' which is the first book in the series is being discussed in the forum. Though I haven't read it, I enjoy the topics and the responses of people that have read it. I may not like Historical fictions, but I can consider adding these to my want to read bookshelf.
Great review

I read a sample and was not impressed. I did not realize it is a sequel to Apollo’s Raven. I found it difficult to follow and a bit boring. Glad you enjoyed it. I’m sure others who enjoy historical fantasy will like it. Thank you for a thorough review.

It sounds like this book will be a worthy sequel (or just part 2?) in this series. I wish the author the best of luck with it.

Dagger's Destiny by Linnea Tanner is a sequel to the Apollo's Raven and in this part of the story, princess Catrin imprisoned by her father Amren on the charges of betraying, for loving the Roman enemy. And Rhan's curse is still looming in the thoughts of Amren and Marrock is trying his best to overthrow his father and become the king. The story seems to be interesting and engaging.

This is a romantic story, a journey in self-discovery. The author keeps multiple narrative threads which glosses over a wide range of topics as love, loyalty, friendship, duty, honour and betrayal.

Daggar's Destiny by Linnea Tanner was a historical novel. I am a fan of historical books, it was a very interesting and romantic. I enjoyed the novel but the language was a bit higher.

I enjoyed reading the sample of the book the book was very entertaining and I love reading about magic and mysticism in days of old and the droids and Kings really surprised me was that the daughter was also a druid and how she was able to help her father and help heal her father what got me was the fact that he realize that she had been sexually active

After reasing Apollo's Raven, this book was much anticipated. It seems that like its predecessor, this is also a wonderful tale of love, and history.

Thank you for the wonderful review.
