I have read the first book, and meaning to read the second and third installments. Good thing that these books stand alone, because in that case I can read this one and then go back for the middle one. The sense of humor you mentioned was a noticeable aspect of the first book as well, and it really adds to the charm of the book. Thanks for the great review!

This seems like an exciting read. Glad you mentioned that there are funny snippets and that it's a standalone read. Thanks for your review!

Based on the review I don't think that the book is for me. I don't like to read the genre because historical fiction bores me. I also don't want to read about kidnapping, theft or murder.

I have reviewed the second book of this series and I couldn't be more pleased with the author's work. Jack O'Brien and Jamie Munro are an ideal peas in a pod. They are interdependent on each other, and their characters support this read in every way. I appreciate the author's use of humor to make this read a delight. Thank you for your review!

I liked the part of the book of the rescue mission in the jungles of Malaya, where a team of two men and a woman are on a rescue mission to rescue Colonel Johnny Cook. A brief and excellent review, but it highlighted the interesting parts of the novel.

The third book of the Warramuga trilogy. I am glad that the book stands alone from its previous ones. It is an intriguing historical fiction with plots such as kidnapping, theft, and murder.

I read this book already, and loved it. The dialogue between Jack and Jamie alone is worth reading this book full of exciting action and suspense!

Humour and heart-pounding action are definitely Greg Kater's strengths. I haven't gotten time to continue with the series ever since I read the first book. However, I'm glad this one could stand on its own. I might just read it before I read the second one. Your review has renewed my interest in the series. Thank you!

The fact that Greg develops the good guys' characters in a smooth and even way for readers like me,who have not read the other books in the series makes it interesting. Thanks for the review. I love adventure, mystry and historical books so am definitely going to read the book.

Thanks for the review. I had loved Warramuga's aftermath of war and was eagerly waiting for the next. Good to know the next book is equally exciting. Will definitely read this book next.
