It's only in the last few years that I was acquainted with what's happening with Palestine and Israel. I'm very interested in learning how this struggle between the two nations is being depicted in the historical fiction novel. Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

I'm loving this unity between Irith and Jamal during a time of war and hate between their home countries. I definitely want to follow both of these characters story and see how everything turns out.

I love how detailed the review is. This book tackles important issues through Irith and Jamal. The summary has piqued my interest. I'm looking forward to reading this book to find out what happens to the main characters.

Am glad that the two teenage boys choose peace over fights and are a great symbol. It's an inspiring read, and its shows people need to work together to create peace
