Great review! "Insanely awesome plot" sounds promising. This book must be non-stop action. I'm glad it's not too full of grammar errors that could take away from the book.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how Catrin’s extraordinary and disturbing gift of being able to connect with a raven will affect her relationships with her people and Roman. I like shapeshifting stuff in books and this one is right up my alley.

This story interests me because of the magical undertones and how the characters stand out, very well-developed it feels like my kind of movie.

The review was considering every point that should be marked which made it a graet review. It's kind of nicely mixed myths, history with touch of romance. The way the storyline goes can draw many readers attention, especially with a good characters building. Congrats on BOTD

I find Celtic lores to be fascinating, so I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for this one. Catrin's power to connect with ravens seems like an intriguing plotline with depths. Add in the forbidden love with Marcellus and you have the recipe for a perfect historical fiction.

I love to read an epic fantasy. A shape shifters and mytology? I guess this could be an epic movie too. The author has chosen a unique topic. Your enthusiasm for this book was palpable. I appreciate your note on the sexual scenes. That would be enough to make me reconsider, tho. Thank you for the informative review.

Quite interesting. The combination of love, fate, and duty. All the choices are important and what will catrin choose. Her people or love, as marceles is their family's enemy's son.
Personally i quige like the concept of crossroads what will be her endgame and all things.

Thank you for your informational review. I'm so glad you enjoyed it so much. I'm sure those that like fantasy and historical fiction genres will enjoy it. Unfortunately, those are genres I don't care for, so I will miss out on this one. Good editing and great characters sure help make any book more satisfying.

It sounds interesting but the spoilers at the start of every chapter seem a foolish idea. I'm not going to rush out to read this one.

Thanks for the review. I am not a fan of books about sorcery. I did read 30 pages, and it has a good plot about a princess and her evil half brother. My favorite character is the raven. :tiphat:

I love mythological fantasy tales fused with magic and curses. It reminds me a lot of one of the most emblematic and significant literary novels, Homer's Iliad. Linnea Tanner brings to my mind this fantastic story full of action, but the most beautiful thing is the values that it highlights, such as honesty, loyalty, love, trust, including above all the family. Excellent!

I enjoy epoc fantasies, more so if they have a love story to cherish in them. The lengthy read gives the author scope to develop characters and environment leading to a climactic event. I would absolutely take up the book to read. Thanks for a wonderful review!
