When I think of historic novels I never think of one that went so far back as this one. That's original! I love historical novels and I'm, as you say, "culturally inclined," so this book seems perfect for me.
Thank you for your review!

Historical fiction is hit or miss for me, but this book sounds interesting. A groundbreaking archeological discovery provides a cool set-up for the beginning. I also like that native names are preserved and traditions of the time are included in the story. Thanks for the review!

The premise of the book confused me. I couldnt comprehend what this book is really about. Anyways historical fictions aren't my cup of tea so I will be giving it a pass. Congrats on BOTD.

I'm not into historical fiction, and I think the wandering plot would bother me. I'll take a pass on this one. Thanks for the review!

I'm not a fan of historical fiction but the book sounds pretty interesting. I especially like the message in the book which says that persistence and courage can work in one's favor and the explanation of what people can become when united or working against another. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

This book portrays important historical episodes. However, it doesn't seem like a book I would enjoy.

Persistence and courage two of my favourite words, these words are essential in our daily lives.
The review describes the togetherness present in book and its good results.
I love historical fiction books especially those with a traditional theme and also vernacular languages interpreted in English since I like learning new languages.
I will get a copy of these nice book.
The review is superb.

I didn't understand what the book was about from the review but had a better idea once I sampled a few pages. Unfortunately, this book isn't for me. Nevertheless, congrats to the author on achieving BOTD.

I enjoy historical fiction and this is a fascinating time in human history. I'm very interested to see what sort of details the author includes about the cultures and the natural world!
