Thank you for the great review. Though I am not into conspiracy theories, I love historical novels and have already started reading this book :reading-3:

Historical fiction is also one of my favorite genres. The period the story is set, is of much interest to me. French and British conflict for dominance in Europe is a subject any history student will like to explore.

Historical fiction has always fascinated me and this one involving the Illuminati, a well-established cult and secret society makes for a very revealing read.

I must say that the word illuminati fascinates me a bit. There was a time when it ruled the world but I am glad I was able to reach at a safe conclusion. Away from that, Napoleon's life is one of the morals I always keep with me. The rants between the world powers always keep me wondering as to why they are always fighting and when it will stop forever and ever amen. Thanks for the review. I would love to catch up on the story so as to understand your message to us.

I love historical fiction. However, from this review, I have no idea what the book entails except for prejudice.

What a wonderful review. I fell in love with the sample of the book. The writing was powerful, the plot strong and possessing the ability to elicit vivid images in the mind of the reader. My curiosity was well and justifiably piqued. The author leaves you yearning to get to the next page. There is a battle between enjoying the story and and racing through in anticipation of the next course of events. Kudos to the author on this masterpiece and for being selected as today's read.

I agree with the idea that everyone wants to make the world a better place. But what cost would they be willing to pay to make this happen? Would the world really be a better place if actions negatively affect others? Thanks for this wonderful review about this historical fiction novel. :)
