Battle Ballad of the Royal Knight by Robert Murray is a poetic book illustrating stories about the kingdom of Camelot and King Elias Pendragon. The king has to choose between Belinda and Rosamond as his wife and the next queen. Sounds interesting. Congrats on BOTD!

From the review I can see that the core narrative revolves around King Elias and his dilemma over choosing between Belinda and Rosamond to be his queen. That central romantic storyline piqued my interest, as well as the larger tales of Camelot being woven throughout the book's poetic style. I am adding this to my reading list.

Now, I am interested in history but still find it dry to read. Therefore, Battle Ballad of the Royal Knight by Robert Murray, in its poetic form and with the use of literary devices would make history more interesting and fun for me. I hope to read this book one day.

"Battle Ballad of the Royal Knight" by Robert Murray is a captivating narrative poem, rich with literary devices and an engaging storyline set in Camelot. Despite occasional confusion in transitions, its seamless rhyming pattern and intricate allegories make it a five-star read, perfect for lovers of narrative poetry and ballads.

Never imagined finding a partner for a king to be such a difficult task and would really want to know how the King's friend would take this if it happens to be Rosamond already betrothed to him.

It's wonderful to observe how the author expertly incorporated rhyme schemes, alliteration, and allegory to improve the narrative. These components can, in fact, provide a story more nuance and richness. Congrats on BOTD.

Battle Ballad of the Royal Knight by Robert Murray is a book about King Elias who is in search of a wife and queen. I really want to know how a total beast on the battle field is able to switch from being an excellent swordsman that slays enemies, to being the tender loving husband to a woman.

WOW!!! Just amazing. At first, I thought it was one of those book that is just another narrative of history. But after reading the review, I'm convinced that this book is worth reading. The dellima, tension, and other aspects of relationship are what can attract readers.

The book appears to take a unique approach to reviving interest in Arthurian legends. It seems to be ideal for those who like narrative poetry and medieval times.

Congrats to the BOTD author! From the review, I guess there is a romantic dilemma in the book, which will make it a great read. Since Elias is a king, I guess he chooses the best spouse, though I have to read the book to be certain.
