Great review there. Sounds like a movie. I hope it won't disappoint either when I get glued to it.

i have just read a few pages of the book and i consider it incredibly interesting for me, it´s the kind of stories that i enjoyed to read with mistery, intrigue, betrayal and heroism. Thank you for your review, thanks for warning us the foul language. :eusa-think:

I like the storyline, its great! The Mona Lisa has not failed to arouse some kind of interest in lovers of art wherever and whenever its being mentioned, as such weaving a fictionalized story around the painting will only add to the legend and at the same time add to the novel's substance. While going through the review,I can't help but salivate at the prospect of reading the book in its entirety! Thanks for this interesting review, green striped giraffe.

It is not a bad review, however the fact that the painting was stolen, then an imitation was placed proves that the painting contains a secret that should not be know,I will like to know what secrets lies within the painting that is not meant to be known.

Lovely review. Thank you for the foul language and adults only scene warning. Now I know I will have to just suffer through those bit in order to enjoy what sounds like an amazing book.

I think this is a story I might enjoy because it involves adventure, history, art, and mystery. Also, it is similar to The Da Vinci Code, which I enjoyed reading.

Thanks for the good review!

I'm glad the pace of the novel and the characters were entertaining, but I don't think this one is for me. I wasn't a big fan of other books similar to this one - I don't think the whole 'historical thriller in modern day' theme really works for me. Thanks for the interesting review!

As I was reading the first chapter, I was definitely reminded of Da Vinci Code and National Treasure, which are two of my favorite conspiracy thrillers. This genre itself is very intriguing to me. I am Catholic, but I tend not to get offended while reading books of this nature. I appreciate the heads-up. These things are always good to know going in to a book or movie. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I enjoyed your review.
