This is a really good review of an interesting book. I like that the author didn't take sides, and will add this to my reading list.

This sounds like a really good book. I don't know much about Israeli culture, so it probably wouldn't hurt for me to check this out! Great review!

This story set in Israel of three women caught in the Israel-Palestine conflict seems interesting. Congrats on being the BOTD. :)

Amazing Review. I'm not a fan of historical fiction, so this won't be a book I read. However, the book itself seems to touch base on topics we find too taboo to talk about. I'm surprised that the book is able to stay unbiased. That is something that most books have trouble with regardless of what they are writing about.

Historical fictions always tend to educate and inform readers which I believe has never been far from the truth instead, it is always been an inspiring and engaging story to read. It's not my cup of tea, yes, but I only pick titles that really interests me and this is one of them.

It must be interesting plot for the three women to deal with trials and tribulation of culture, country, and the like. Must be a great read, also quite heartwrenching!

I love stories like this. It sounds very much like the kind of books I enjoy reading, books from which I find I learn the most. Thank you for your beautifully insightful review.

Well done for the review! Sounds interesting. I particularly admire authors that try to tackle complex themes and inform the readers through an entertaining novel. I feel that the message is conveyed more harmoniously as the reader goes through the story. A well written fiction is a very powerful tool!

If I end up deciding to read this book in full, it sounds like I'll have both a complex plot and a cast of complex characters to enjoy. All three women will surely show much growth throughout the book as they navigate their lives through the violent setting of the Israel-Palestine conflict. I'm not such a fan of non-linear chronologies, though, so that might hold me back.
