I like the idea of changing the story the way I want it to be, but I don't like the plot though. Thank you for the review

An interesting historical fiction, it's amazing how the author managed to recreate a real life story and some bit of interesting fiction to it

Strong willed female character and believable behavior at that, definitely will read the book even if it wasn't connected to one of my favorite authors. Thank you very much for recommending and congratulations with BOTD!

I can imagine the great power that a person can have, just because he or she is able to rewrite my story. He or she can do my life as he or she pleases. The thought of it is very very interesting. I feel that's what this book is trying to show and I love it. Great review!

How interesting to rewrite Hemingway’s life with the daughter he never had. Very unique idea.

This is a unique novel where two stories, Hemmingways and his daughter, are revealed. I like the strong and determined personality of Finely and the motivational message embedded. Congratulations on the BOTD.

Hemingway's life has always been interesting to me, so the title of the book attracted me. History and fiction together probably create an exciting story. The review is great! I will definitely read the book.

Whitehead has a creative mind by imagining what could be life with Hemingway having a daughter and weaving a fiction book about his life and perhaps finding a way to break his series of failed relationships. Nice plot.

Historical fiction is not my cup of tea but the review is very enthusiastic and the plot is very captivating - a tale about a daughter Hemmingway wanted but never had. Besides I like the idea of the book of "perseverance and determination even in the face of adversity". I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

The plot of the novel is very captivating. Changing one aspect of someone’s life causes a change in most of the other elements of their life. Very nice review as it captures the essences of the novel. I’m definitely going to read this novel.

'Official Review: Hemingway's Daughter' by Christine M. Whitehead is a simple and effective description of the story of a late American journalist and fiction writer, Earnest Hemingway! It inculcates an interest within the readers to read the historical fiction story! Also, it provides the readers with enough details of the story of the book! I love the way in which the reviewer explores the issues, the book raises! Nice to learn that the plot of the story is intriguing and captivating!

As a Hemmingway fan, I am definitely adding this one to my reading list! What a unique twist to create a daughter for a famous person in history and write about her. I look forward to reading this one. Thank you for the review!
