I'm glad I read the review before I picked up the book. I'm not a big fan of the font or the cover. I love historical books, but I'm not into reincarnation so I'll leave this one for those who are. Great review!

Great review! I'm also a bit wary of reincarnation stories, but you certainly sold this one. Thanks

I have always enjoyed time travel stories and reliving past lives is a rewarding plot to me in a book. The first historical time travel fiction book I read was The Lady of Hay and ever since reading that one, I am hooked on time travel. Thank you for sharing your good review. I do want to read this one!

What a fascinating plot line. I don't typically lean towards romantic/historic fiction, but your insightful review makes me think twice. It sounds like a very well written book. Thank you for your review!

I absolutely loved this book when I read it! Reincarnation is one of my favorite topics, and Yesterday is a beautiful read.

Although this one specifically isn't for me, I love when a historical passion comes to fruition in a riveting story. Thanks for the review.

I usually skim through these reviews, but this one I felt I had to read word for word. The description of the book just caught me off guard on how much I wanted to read it! I can't wait to check this out now.

Romance lovers? Present! And if we can time travel and learn more about historical events, much better! I'm curious about how Mr. Callahan convinced Amanda to be with him since she was so reluctant to start a romantic relationship. I'll have to read it myself. Thanks for your enthusiastic review!

Sounds like a lot of history. The American Civil War and the Great Fire of Chicago are both big historical events on their own. Books and books have been written on them or set in them. To tackle both events in the same books sounds like a challenging task. I am now curious to see how the author accomplished this task ? Sounds like a great book!

I read through the review...thought about reincarnation and time travel and got the ebook. Now I'm going to read it and see if it captivates me or not. If it's anything like the review indicated, I don't think I'll be disappointed. Thanks for the great review.

"Yesterday" by Samyann is a mix of historical romance, mystery and suspense novel. It can be described as an instructive, descriptive and informative romance story. It's full of life with pulling character structure and flow. We have no choice but to empathize with the determined but patient hero, Mark, and be enraged at the stance of the heroine, Amanda. It's undeniable that the story is gripping and readers will turn its pages speedily to the end. The review is helpful and the book is exciting, really.
