This well-written historical fiction novel set during Prohibition-era Chicago sounds like a spellbinding read. Great review!

A well written story of 2 sisters and a mysterious tavern. I'd love to know how it all plays out and how the relationships formed come together in the end. This would make a captivating read. Thanks for your review.

This seems like an interesting historical fiction book. I've never read about the Prohibition-era and this book seems very detailed. I also like that it centers around family. Halina and her sister seem to have a very good relationship. Thanks for the informative review.

I'm not into historical fiction at all so I'll pass. Surely fans of this genre will enjoy reading this book.

"Trapped in Glass" by Pam Records. An interesting historical fiction, talks about the disappearance, missing of two couples and taking over automatically the properties set aside. Congrats on #BOTD.

A string of missing people connected to a tavern? That's a wonderful recipe for a good crime thriller with the added mysterious element. This one is definitely a keeper.
