The Incarnation" is a thought-provoking novel that challenges traditional views of Jesus and Christianity."The Incarnation" raises some profound questions about the nature of faith and belief. The book's examination of the Gospel of Thomas is both scholarly and accessible.

The Incarnation: Cleopatra's Story of Jesus offers readers a unique blend of historical events, fictitious narrative, and alternative interpretations of well-known biblical figures. The inclusion of the Gospel of Thomas and the exploration of ancient Egypt further contribute to the book's allure. Nice review.

I'm not typically interested in religious books, and I know little about Christianity. However, this book piqued my interest. I'm curious about Cleopatra's relation to Christianity; as far as I know, she died before it came to light, but maybe this book will prove me wrong. Congratulations on BOTD!

Far from the stories of the Bible that I learned throughout my life, Arthur Telling provides a unique perspective on religious and historical events relating to Jesus, Mary Magdalene, Cleopatra, and Julius Caesar. Thank you for your candid, informative book review.

A fascinating read for open minded individuals who enjoy exploring different perspectives on religious history. I appreciate the references to this texts. The plots is certainly intriguing. But I think this book is not my cup of tea. I also don't have knowledge about this topic. . that the information might not resonate well with Christian audience is noteworthy. Great review!

I am really sure that this book will be my cup of tea with how often things related to Christianity are mentioned in the review, but at the same time, I am drawn to ancient civilizations and the mysteries they hold hidden. I will shelve it for later and congrats with BOTD!

I have heard of the Gospel of Thomas, but I don’t know anything about it. You are right that it is hard to believe and, in fact, I can’t bring myself to even entertain the concept. Congratulations on BOTD!

I'm curious in knowing this author's alternate views on the origins of Christianity. Comparing the gospel of Thomas with the known facts about Christianity seems like a good use of my time. Congrats on BOTD!!

This seems to be a very niche book as it requires people to have enough knowledge of the Bible to appreciate it but not so much attachment to traditional Christianity that the unorthodox perspective is off-putting. Seems intriguing.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting historical fiction following the discovery a collection of documents from Ancient Egypt depicting a relationship between Jesus and Mary Magdalene and Cleopatra and Caesar. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

An unconventional telling of Jesus and his relationships (connecting back to Cleopatra and Julius Caesar). It is based on both acknowledged books of the Bible and unacknowledged sources. I think you need a strong interest in the story of Jesus, but on balance need to be open to this alternative telling.

I had a great time reading this review! It offered a perceptive analysis of the book, emphasising both its advantages and disadvantages. I felt like this review did an excellent job of summarising the book's primary historical details as well as its plot. I'd like to read it because of your description, which captures my interest in its unique take on Christianity and history. It will undoubtedly be a fascinating read! Thank you for sharing!

I would love to read about the intersection of Christianity and ancient Egypt. I'm always open to learning new information, which can be informative and thought-provoking. The most interesting part of the review is Mary Magdalene's relation to Julius Caesar and Cleopatra. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.

A book with a different point of view on the origin of Christianity and the Egyptian empire. Sounds rather controversial! I don't know if it's my cup of tea, but it's definitely something different! Thanks for the review, it was very informative.

I am fascinated by Cleopatra's story of Jesus. I am intrigued by the discovery in the Egyptian town of Nag Hammadi of a collection of texts containing more than a hundred sayings of the living Jesus. I am intrigued by how Jesus's story found in the ancient texts are different from the Bible.
