This WWII novel seems to be well-written with an aspect of educational learning based on actual facts and exposure to the Spanish and German language. Great review!

I never was interested in war history or stories in the slightest. It always sounds so gruesome, tragic and grievous. Especially real-life stories. Forgive me, but I will have to pass the book. Still, congrats on BOTD!

This book sounds intriguing, as it contains characteristics of the World War II included. I’m curious about the story, and knowing that the author worked well on the details makes me willing to read.

Ridiculous! This  is so brainstorming, what a plot, the storyline is so captivating Just that I feel so sad :cry2: that I have to read the book to know the full story....I would definitely want to know if the U.S are going to side against Germany or come to their rescue.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out Herman’s and Karina’s role in the war and if they will survive it. War is always bloody and sad and nobody wins. The review said the book includes true stories and this makes it the more exciting.

This honestly sounds amazing, I have always loved history and I am very excited to read this historical fiction. Although heartbreaking, wars are interesting to read about, looking at the different perspectives and motives. I am sure this book will be passed around my family to read!

I'm not interested in historical fiction books about espionage and World War II, so I don't think it is for me, but congrats on BOTD! It seems to be informative! Thanks for the review!

This novel sounds like quote the literary ride with many twists and turns. Today, we can look back at the second World War as a forgone conclusion that the Allies would win, but many things had to be in place for this to happen. The most notable of which was the large intelligence gathering effort that took place among the Allies especially the British and later on in the war, the United States. The determination the US citizens to fight in World War II despite their government's neutrality makes me think of recent conflicts in the Middle East where Americans joined the French Legion to fight the Islamic State.

I scanned the long sample and saw the heavy research that went into the book. I don't think I will have the energy to read the whole thing, but I recognize the sacrifices made by these men and women, heroes all. But humanity should work together to stop the warring. The world doesn't need wars and dead heroes.

Although I'm not interested in world war books, the review is great and it sounds interesting to try one.

This book seems to be a good book about some forgotten heroes of the names Herman and Karina who joined the allies in europe to fight against the germans during world war two when the americans could not join the war because they saw it as a european problem and not one of there own. But volunteers were allowed to join the war.

'Official Review: Forgotten Heroes of WW - || the French Resistance' by Luis Gil Armendariz gives the readers a full idea of the story of historical fiction! The point that the book contains some real-life stories that took place during the Second World War is worth mentioning in the review! Also, the point that the characterization of the major characters in the story is great is remarkable in the review! The comments of the reviewer are sincere and reliable for readers! Nice to learn that the book is an authentic work of the author and the plot of the story is satisfactory!

Thanks for an interesting review. I agree with you on the point that when an author describes a character very well, it creates a connection vetween the reader and the character.

I am not a big fan of historical fiction novels. I find what the Germans did to be a huge atrocity. The favor towards the British is understandable, but their plans were far from flawless due to the major amount of innocent lives lost. Good objective review.

I do not like war because it comes with a lot of loss and deaths. That said, this is one book I would not want to read, though I find your review quite comprehensive and compelling. Thanks for that.
