A hot and interesting historical romance book. I love the concept of an arranged marriage in a romance book because it shows us how love grows. The characterization was commendable as they seemed so realistic. Well done

This is not my normal genre. In fact, I usually avoid any romance book. After reading the review and the snippet I downloaded. Well..... I think I just might have to read this one.
I enjoy the time period it is set in.
Great job on the review!

I am enthralled by this book's plot and setting in the Victorian era. Both characters have a vested interest in the marriage, and it is great that their challenges are realistic. I am interested to read about how their relationship develops. Thanks for the wonderful review and recommendation!

The main character is definitely in trouble with this new development. I can't it was written in the parents' will! What will she do? Thanks for the detailed review.

Is arraged marriage still a thing these days? The part of Alexina being a fish out of water on the farm caught my interest to the story. I'd love to read more about their awkward interaction. That is funny and seems realistic for the movies. Nice review.

I can imagine the shock Peyton felt when he was informed of his betrothal to Alexina. Romantic Historical fictions are heartwarming and surreal and I look forward to reading this book. Congratulations on BOTD.
