Bedu Bedouin Boy, Poet King by David W. Sutherland and Paul McKellips is a story on a boy who went to get more sheep and goats for his family. The story starts off by Bedu who is watching the sunset and thinking of many words. Before long he meets a king who comes to his father for a meal. Afterwards Bedu family does not have sheep and goats so the king give them five gold coins to use to buy more. Bedu starts off on his journey and learns life lessons as he goes.

The most positive points are the ones Bedu learns. At each end of the chapter there is a saying that reflects what happened to Bedu and each one is something that sounds very similar to something. He help everyone he could and are willing to learn more on how he acts. One of the lessons he learned is about respect and treating others. He grow to respect others and their way of life just as they learned to respect him. Bedu showed kindness to people who was sick and was hungry. He moved to send the last bit of money he needed to help them.

There is one negative point that some paragraphs did not have that much of a good flow to it or an awkward start to it. Desperate that there is a overall thing to it that kept me to read more about his journey and the things he learned.

I rate this as 4 out of 4. There is on errors that I saw. At first I was thinking of stopping to let my laptop charge and then pick it back up but once I got into it I could not stop. I just had to read the rest, at one point I thought the story was about to end before scrolled down some more. I was sad when I thought about that, I wanted to know more about what will happen to Bedu.
