Thanks for such an amazing review. This book seems to be an enthralling read. When a book is engagaging, thought-provoking with a compelling plot, I'm already invested in it. And I'd definitely add this book to my shelf.

Revealing book of the day. From the review, I got that Steve had passion to contribute his quota in restoring peace and order in the rising violence, due to the killing at Kent State University. His choice he had to weigh amidst his friends. Satisfactory review.

Wild world seems to be an able portrait of a divisive era, one in which characters sympathetically work to find meaning through chaos and to effect positive change. Great review

Wild World by Peter S. Rush depicts America in the '70s with many opposing the Vietnam War leading to the killing of students, & then how one person sets out to change things for all.

The reason why I am going to take a look at this book is to find out what the pro-Vietnam War point of view could be. The reviewer mentions the importance of not feeling compelled to take any sides or any offence at some of the political positions. I feel that is a sophisticated response to a work on this difficult subject. The author is obviously passionate about the forces at play at the time and wants to share his point of view with the world. Congratulations on the Book Of The Day. You got Me hooked as a non-American reader!

From the review, this is a book I will want to read .The fact that it's proper for all religions and the urge to learn about Vietnam war makes this book inevitable.

It would be interesting to read how a good person would try to change a corrupt system. It would also be interesting to learn whether the MC would be able to succeed or fail as another good-person-turned-bad. I am not familiar with the historical bit of this novel, so those who are will definitely be intrigued by the story's historical accuracy and relevance. Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

I find this review very interesting, it gives a clear picture of what a reader should expect in the novel. I'm not really a fan of historical and war like books, but I'm going to try this out.

This should be an interesting read - the story talks about the killing of students at Kate State University, and there is also mention of unacceptable police policies. This story also deals with how people opposed the Vietnam War. Thank you for the succinct review!

Indeed reactions have consequences, consequences that could leave scars forever. I love that Steve made a strong decision to join the police department during such an era. Nice review.
