Wow! A lot of commendations given about this historical/fantasy novel in this review. I can truly see the author's passion for ancient myths and culture being reflected in this novel, especially the inclusion of Roman and Celtic myths and legends in the story. There are sure a lot of things to pick from in this novel, and for me, I would like to know how the forbidden love between Catrin and Marcellus goes.

Such a complicated mystical fantasy. Thank you reviewer for this. I don't really care for this genre so much.

The historical conflict between Rome and Brittania is shown in Apollo's Raven. Teenage Celtic princess Catrin has been trained to use a sword but not her Druid witchcraft abilities. She initially thinks she must keep her powers a secret from her father, the King. To make matters worse, Author Tanner inserts Marcellus, a charming young Roman who does nothing more than amplify Catrin's adolescent hormones. Buy the following book in the series to find out what might happen because the latter part of the novel seems hurried.
I thoroughly loved reading this book. Thank you for your review, and Congratulations to the author for BOTD.

I'm not usually a fan of historical fantasy, but I am absolutely obsessed with mythology, and you've made this book sound beyond fascinating. I think I may just have to give it a try. Great review!

I just started reading about mythology since I have always dodged books in that genre. This book's plot sounds really amazing and passionate, but at the same time it looks complex. I'll pass on this one at the moment. I'm not entirely intrigued by this genre. Anyway, congratulations on BOTD.

ln a conversation with Catrin, the queen patiently compares the Roman and Celtic attitudes toward women. For the Romans, the paterfamilias has complete control over his family. In her father’s kingdom, Catrin can own property and be a ruler, a warrior, a Druidess, or a mother.
-That is exactly what a mother should do, explain both sides of a situation and let the child think for herself. Also, males and females should have equal opportunities like in Catrin's father's kingdom, not like the Romans. The reviewer has written an exceptional review and I enjoyed reading it. I'm getting this book, hoping it's just as good as the review says it is. Thank you so much!

What caught my attention first was the book cover. It's so beautiful to look at. It's also cool to know that the characters are well-developed. Congratulations on being the Book of The Day.
