I'm glad you have enjoyed the first two books in the series. I sometimes don't enjoy historical fiction, but your excellent review makes me want to read it. Thank you.

Thanks for your detailed review. However, the story seems too complex for my taste at the moment.

This book sounds amazing. I haven’t finished the first one, yet. However, the series promises to be great with the great reviews and exciting genre of historical fantasy. Definitely adding to my list.

I think I have Apollo's Raven on my to-read list still but the second book sounds just as exciting as the first! Thank you for a great review.

Thanks for the great review! I didn't read the first book in this series and don't plan to read this one either. I have read a sample and found it very intriguing; however, I avoid books with magic and sorcery so that is why I am passing on this one also. I was curious about what happened to Catrin after her father charges her with treason. You cleared that up in the review where you said she was exiled. I was certain her father would have her beheaded!

I thoroughly enjoy historical fiction, particularly around this era. This series definitely looks appealing to me and I will be looking to read all of them. Thank you for your review.

I haven't read the first book in this series, but now that I have heard good things about both of them, I may need to! The character development sounds amazing! Great review!

I do not normally read historical fantasy, so I might skip this one. I am glad that you liked reading the book. Congrats to the author on the 4/4 rating.

This book has so much of what I look for in a book like this. It has twists and turns in the plot, one of the main characters must "make a choice between her heart and her responsibility to her people" and it's a series. Sounds delightful! Great review!

I am an avid fun of this series. Indeed, I like the way the author made her twist in the story. The story is a sort of entertainment that is hard to put down. The choice of the princess between duty and love is quite amazing in every scene.

This book is right up my alley as I love historical fiction when it involves the Celts and the Romans! It captured my attention right away on the fur very first page, I just wanted to keep on reading!

I loved Apollo's Raven and have had Dagger's Destiny on my "to read" shelf ever since. Unfortunately, I've never gotten around to reading it. I still hold out hope for Marcellus and Catrin's love to triumph even though I know it is most likely doomed. I hope I get around to reading this soon. Thanks for the detailed review!

This one i didn't seem to be interested in reading, I feel like it would be long, boring, not getting to where this story is going. Never try to read Historical Fantasy before now.
