Quite a book, I must say. It looks complex, but I really want to give it a try. The cover has captivated me😂.
Thanks and great job on the review

Although I am highly interested in action adventure genres I am not sure if this book can be enjoyed as a standalone and how much it draws from the previous 2 books. I enjoy books with diversified characters coming together for a mission. Adding to my tbr. congrats on BOTD.

I love action-packed stories such as this one. Missing persons, murders and robberies will certainly keep the readers' eyes open. Congrats on botd. Great review.

This will be a good collection of my historical fiction as I know nothing about the Warramunga. Interesting adventure rescuing Colonel Johnny Cook including the humor in the story. "Skills of the Warramunga" by Greg Kater.

Him, interesting words of choice and characters in this all out book. And as interesting as it is I can't wait to read the other two books. Exciting! Can't wait

The use of different dialects and words to indicate a character's background is a great way to acquaint them with the readers. I would love to read this book about a rescue mission set in the Malay Peninsula.

I love books in the Warramunga trilogy. I think this book set in the Jungle of Malaya is going to be a great one for me. With the kidnapping and the plot that involves Australians, I can't wait to read it. Congratulations on BOTD!

This seems an exciting and action packed historical fiction book. I haven't read the other books in the series but this seems like an interesting series in general. Congratulations on making book of the day!

The fact that this book can be read independently is what I value most about it. I also anticipate that as I watch the kidnapping-related events play out, my interest in the book will grow. I can't wait to read the intriguing plot. Congratulations on BoTD!

I like that Mr. Kater tried to include various dialects in the book which gave some variety to the characters. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of historical adventure, so I'd have to skip this book.

Wow!!! I have to say the title might throw you off a bit, but after reading the sample and the review, I'm putting it on my to read shelf. Sounds really action packed with one hell of a twisted plot.

I enjoy books with adventures. However, I don't think I will enjoy a historical action packed novel. Props to the reviewer for actually researching a word introduced in the novel. It makes me wonder now if it's accepted to use an offensive word if the novel was set in a historical time where it's not yet considered as offensive
