I always find poetry very revealing and emotional. When the poems are honest and raw the reader can feel the emotion the author was trying to convey. It seems that the author succeeds. I love the beautiful purple cover and all that it represents. Good to know that the butterfly journey ended on a positive note and with a message of strength. Great job with the review.

It's interesting to find a book of poems that show personal development. Heartbreak can cause people to fade into depression, or evaluate their decisions for a better future. Nice review on a short book.

As much as some poems are deep or challenging too dec other, I like reading them because of their beauty and I glimpse the writer’s feelings and inner most thoughts. They speak a lot about life and personal pain. Congrats to the author for sharing.

Though I don't read poetries, this Review's got me completely hooked this time and with the fact that it further compliments my personal motto, ("when life kicks you down, you've got to pick yourself up and keep challenging life until you can control your fate") then am hooked really. The review is this awesome then I wonder how much pleasure one would get while reading the book and the lessons to learn too. The story actually looks quite juicy☺ . Double thumbs for the review. 👍 👍 :D

The title and book cover are both intriguing. I'd have read this but I don't enjoy poetry. I believe it'll be a good read for those who enjoy poetry especially since it focuses on her life experiences. Thanks for the review.

I'm not a lover of peotry but this sounds like a good read. A woman turning her love life into poems...I'll sure give it a try. Thanks for an exquisite review.

I like that this book tells the story of the author through poems. And I also like how anyone can relate to at least one of the poems.

I really enjoy the theme of this book. I cannot wait to read it all at once. Probably I will be hit with author's emotions changing, but that's beautiful in poetry.
The review itself was really good. It gave me just enough details for me so I would know if this style was for me. The only thing I would catch is using too much of the phrase 'this book'. Otherwise it was a good work.

The few initial poems in the excerpt show this to be a fast-paced, easy read. The messages are clear to understand, rather than needing to be deeply explored like some poetry.

'Official Review: Penelopes Purple Passions' by Penelope Chaisson is a thorough account of the collection of poems for readers. The words in the review are expressive and enriching. The point that the book describes the author's journey of growth, development, and self-discovery is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the book contains lessons on love and life, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the book is beautiful and readers can relate to most of the poems in it!

Love, heartbreak, and self-discovery are parts of life that everyone experiences, so this sounds like a poetry book relevant to everyone. While I'm not a poetry fan, a poetry book with simple language and relatable content sounds like a good read to me.
