Wow! Wow!! Wow!!! I love the sound of this book. It's lovely to picture the author's life painted with poetic words. I'm already drooling over this one. This is awesome!

Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of poems, no matter how provoking. This book isn't for me.

I love how poetry flows with the reality. The poem gets down in mud and madness in life.

This collection of poems appear well-thought-out. It's great to know that the book is written in the first person; readers will find it relatable. Thanks for your interesting review!

I am not a big fan of poetry, the poetry I have read at the academic level and the dissections we were supposed to perform of each word used was too much. Still, there are times, though short, when I become entranced by poetry and prose and this review gives one hell of expectations. It all matters if you can relate to it which does not seem to be a problem here.

Although i am not a fan of poetry, I am curious to feel the same emotions you felt while reading the book. Poetry has a lot of emotions in it, and I am not surprised you had a connection with the author. The themes in the book are what we face everyday. No one is left out in the experiences embedded in the book. I will pick up the book when I am ready.

Great review. I am just getting into poetry so this sounds like a great book for me. I’m interested to join her in her journey through life. I’ll add this to my list.

I just read a book last week that was written in "narrative poetry." I enjoyed it, and because of that, I'm willing to give this one a try.

I'm not much of a fan of poetry, but this actually sounds really intriguing. I like the idea that it's a full story, and not just a collection of poems. It's too bad that there was a bit of an issue with the narrative, but I'm glad you enjoyed it thoroughly regardless.
