In this collection of beautiful poems, the author's perspective on various topics expressed in poetic form seems fabulous, and they inspire readers to be optimistic.

Awful memories of the past and difficulties of the moment create shackles that keep one in bondage and sap one's joy. Now I See by Sandra Leon-Gonzalez is a poetry book covering a wide variety of subjects.

I love the way the author used the poems as a tool to encourage positive qualities and discourage negative ones. In the poem titled Jealousy Managed, the author logically explains why envy and jealousy are detrimental.

Colorful and expressive pictures introduce each poem in the book. The mood of the pictures reflects the mood of the poem they introduce. This is my favorite feature of this book.

I like the way you detailed the sections of this book. I read random poems from different section before reading this review. I think you did a great job telling the depth of the writing.

I don't really enjoy reading poems and I'm not really a fan of poetry books but this is one expressive and intriguing book that I can't get over. I love how expressive the book is, filled with so much emotion and I just can't get over the simplicity of the cover of the book.

With my love/hate relationship with poetry, I’m happy to see poetry that utilizes simple language without sacrificing its complexity and multiple layers. The topics sound very deep and personal, and I applaud the author on being able to share such emotional works. Thank you for the helpful review.

A book of poetry that covers a wide array of topics, including racism, life, love, the impact of COVID-19, and so on. The author uses poems to impart some positive messages and discourage the negative ones. I might give it a try. Congrats on botd!

As a poem lover and a poet, I must commend the poet. Poems are like spectacles through which poets views the society. Your review of this book was near perfect. Keep it up.

Poetry is not my genre type but I was truly amazed how much I enjoyed the sample. It was an easy read and yet it didn't take away the depth in her poems. You could feel the author's passion about the chosen subjects. Thanks for a insightful review.

The author's poems seem to have covered the human civilization from the era of slavery to the modern era, which is characterized by emotional reactions of people towards others. I shall check the book out.

"the author shares deep thoughts in simple and clear words. Yet, the multi-layered nature of poetry is not sacrificed on this altar of simplicity."- That's what makes more people want to read. We don't want to keep referring to a dictionary when enjoying a poem, right?!
" With strategic rhyming and well-chosen creative words, the poem encourages the reader to adopt an optimistic outlook on life."- Everything in our body is rhythmic so we naturally connect with strategic rhyming....at atleast I do. I'm a poetry fan so I will read this book. Great review by the way!
