I like taking an excerpt from the book and the way the reviewer emphasizes the book's strengths. Kudos for the reviewer's encouraging review

Even if poems can have deeper or more complicated meanings, I still enjoy reading them because they are so lovely. I'm eager to go through this collection of poems to learn more about the author and her experiences and struggles as they are expressed in her poems.
This poetry collection is interesting. Poems may be calming and soul-stirring. Congrats on botd!

One spectacular thing about poetry is that it displays the expression of oneself in terms of pains, love, self discovery and romance.

I'm not really a fan of poetry or books about it but I must say, this is one book that I felt a lot of emotions coming out. The author expressed the period of great loss she went through and also her love for nature.

I love poetry that has meaning and purpose not only for the poet but for those who participate by reading it. Otherwise, I'm not a fan. This collection holds my attention because it truly is relatable and enjoyable. Thank you for your great review!

The inclusion of excepts of poetry within the review give a sample of the theme of spiritual awakening and self-discovery that the author of the book A Song on the Road Home sought to convey and it is a well executed intrusion to draw one to the possibilities that poetry can be used to heal and calm the soul.

"A song on the Road home" this title is deep and powerful. The time of loss/grief is one that is more than the physical so I understand what the author went through. Congratulations on being the BOTD!!!

I always become overjoyed with emotions whenever a book of poetry comes into my view. I write poetry as an outlook so I have to read this book because it seems that the author is on the same wavelength as me.

Sadly I'm neither a fan of sprituality nor poetry. Hence, I'll have to pass on this one. But congratulations on being listed as Book Of The Day.

Thank you for the great review. I don't like poetry that much but that stanza of "Petal" is wonderful.
