I love the fact that this book focuses on refugees and immigrants who are critical members of society.

This seems to be an insightful compilation of the different perspectives and challenges of being a refugee and an immigrant. Thanks for the review.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. I don’t think this book is in my wheelhouse, but I will recommend it to my friends that enjoy dramatic plays.

An anthology of modern drama that addresses the issues of refugees sounds like a didactic piece. The theme is enticing. Great review.

I love reading about cultures that are different from my own, and my lack of Middle Eastern knowledge is shameful. This book sounds like a perfect way to glean some of that knowledge. Your review has given me many incentives to read this book. The emotion and symbolism are what will draw me into these plays. Thank you.

While I generally prefer reading prose, this collection of short plays sounds like a must-read, particularly for anybody interested in the human side of the succession of news stories we sadly see. I can't begin to imagine how dreadful it must be,being wrenched from everything that is familiar. It is collections such as this one that should cause us to empathise more and judge less. It's a pity about the typos, but I shall overlook them for now. Thanks for the great review.

I found the narrative long and at times hard to follow. I really do not like reading plays. I think the official review covered it well.

Immigration and cultural issues are some prevalent issues in the world right now. It's such a topic that require further enlightment. Good job by the authors and editor for bringing this out. Congrats on BOTD.

Just from the book title one can already tell what the book could be about. I like how the authors have brought about the life of refugees which is very true in the real life that they are not easily recognized by the country they fled to and they basically go through alot. I wish this book inspires people to treat others just as they'd love to be treated back and also show love and care for one another.
Thanks for the review.
