Actually, I'm not a romantic person and neither I'm a poetry lover ... I will pass.

I can't stand poetry because most of the poetry I've read has been too vague. I wish more people just said what they feel. Yet after reading your review, it sounds like this author did a great job writing poetry that explored and questioned some of the darker aspects of love (like seeking unrequited affection). I'll probably still pass on this, but it sounds like the author brought a lot of dark topics related to love to the surface.

Thanks for the review, truly love can be possessive, aggressive and painful at times. But, at least that is just in a dream as per part 1 of the book.

Thank you for your in depth review of this poetry collection. I’ve been trying to read more poetry lately and it can be difficult to know if a collection will hold my interest or be something I enjoy so I really love having detailed reviews to consider before purchasing a book.

This is a very in-depth, analytical and well-thought-out review. Kudos to you for persevering with the book of poems when it got confusing. Personally I don’t like sentimental / love poems, so won’t be reading this one (though I did read the free sample.)

Your review's examination of the different perspectives on the heterosexual love that the poet demonstrates in her love revelations was engaging and credible.

These collection of poems goes to show that love has so many layers and can be perceived differently. I'm sure lovers of poetry and love poems especially will enjoy the collection. Congratulations on making #BOTD

Poems, love, and emotions of a woman make "Confessions of a MANAHOLIC" by P. Pierre seems appealing. I like short and easy to understand poems, but I cannot read a book full of them. Especially if I have to read twice to understand its meanings. I think I will pass on this one. Thanks, and Congrats

Although I rarely read poems, this one looks like a great book to read near a window with a cup of tea. Thanks for an interesting review.

This sounds like an incredible collection of poems. I love how the author shows love and also how the progression of love can lead to obsession. Congrats on the book of the day. Great review.

Thanks for the thorough analytical review. The sample was a bit confusing, but I picked up the erotic content. Your commentary helped me feel the poems more clearly.

It speaks of two lovers who once dated but later on the lady broke the relationship because she found someone else who was better. But she still thinks of her former lover and wonder if he will welcome her back.
