If this book can change the reader's perspective of love, then I would like to know more about it. Love poems are as old as time because they make the reader feel something powerful. Great to see such a collection as BOTD!

A very comprehensive review of an interesting book. I sense a note of confusion in the review, a similar feeling that I had when I read the sample on Amazon. Perhaps I should just comment that this may offer an insight into the psyche of a woman, however, I am not sure. I think it would be revealing to hear a large sample of reactions from readers both male and female to this book. Certainly, as a poet myself, I would like to read this. Thanks for the detailed review.

"Confessions of a Manaholic" by P. Pierre is a collection of poems about love which has layers such that it turned into an obsession. Not a usual fan of poetry, but, this is a very intriguing read. Congratulations on BOTD!!

As a poetry enthusiast, I'm sure I'll enjoy this book. Also, I am intrigued by the author's dark conotation about love.

These confessions are nothing short of deeply engrossing. I like that it is a collection which examines various levels and functions of a relationship. Truly remarkable review skills! Thanks, excellent review.

I am afraid my english is not that good that I would be able to understand and properly appreciate the fine art of poetry. As such I will have to pass this book and wish good luck to author.

I like that you noted "depending on the way that you look at them, there are different layers of meaning". Thank you for your very thorough and engaging assessment of this collection of poems.

Nice to know that the poetry in this collection is free verse. I think that other kind of styles could have been used, though. It's also interesting to know that this is about love to obsession and addiction. Great review.

While I do typically enjoy some poetry, after reading the sample this book is a little too dark for me. Maybe it is just me - after all, I did write some pretty dark poetry myself after my husband died, but I just could not get into this particular poetry. I know it will resonate with some, that is why writing and the arts, in general, are so awesome in their diversity!
