The style with which the writer adopted to pass his message across is a commendable one. The issue of hate among homosexuals is definitely not just a Christian thing nor a religious thing. Even some traditions and cultures which might have come before religion plays a role. So, I definitely agree with you on that. I love reading about controversial issues and I'm sure I'll read this book ASAP. Great review!

As others have stated, I was wondering about what the book title could have meant before I read your review. Even though the topic matter seems to be very clear, I still think different people will have their own interpretations and takeaways of his opinions based on their own religious and moral beliefs. I can't wait to read this one...thanks for your review!

A non-fiction book that revolves around homosexuality and the law surely will be a sensitive read and requires some level of open-mindedness to tackle it. Thanks for an interesting review.

And Man Made God In His Image is a book about homosexuality and life before and after the advent of the Christian belief system. It appeals to people who have an open mind to life and human beings on a whole.

~Thanks to the author.

But the title is opposite. But when I pass through the review,I am now understand. Thanks for the review!

The "Onanism" piece was really good; gave a refreshing angle to the thoughts of masturbation and self-love. Overall, Done is truly a creative and even though I'm sure this will be a controversial read, it is still a beautiful rendition.

Non fiction books are not my cup of tea and the topic of homosexuality is not something I would choose for reading so I'll pass this time. Still I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Bible, poetry, LGBTQ - three strikes and out. Sorry, but I really don't enjoy delving in any of those topics and as such I will have to pass this book. Still, congrats on BOTD!

While I agree that the title is clever, I can't agree with the author's message.

I love reading prose and poetry. But this one sounds to be controversial as you mentioned it questions Bible so I would pass this one. Thank you for an honest review.☺

Today's BOTD, told through a combination of poetry and prose, looks at human sexuality and its relationship to violence, hate, and religious law. Well-researched and flawlessly edited, this read will appeal most to fans of poetry and those interested in exploring LGBTQ issues throughout history. Thanks so much for your thorough review!!

The issue of hate and homosexuality is a controversial topic in the society today. I commend the author for voicing his concerns. However, I don’t agree with some of them. Thanks for the review.
