A Brighter Tomorrow is a book written in poetic form by Lori Schneider, MD. The author used America as a nation to describe the subject. However, the subject can also be applied to other nations. The 2020 pandemic came as a shock to lots of people, leaving many people stranded, lives lost, and the economy affected. Everyone longed for the day that it would end so that they'd be free to reconnect with their loved ones and continue living their normal lives again. Life, they say, is filled with ups and downs, and so, the writer in this book made the reader aware that America can still be great again even after the effects of the COVID-19 era hit them. Another part of the book talked about World War 1 and 11 and how men fought to liberate their nations. Hence, the outcome of the two situations emphasized the need for us to learn from the experiences and be hopeful for a better tomorrow rather than leaving in sadness.

In almost every circumstance, there would always be something to learn; the writer had a different perspective on the pandemic because she looked beyond the effects it brought. She believed that they could still create happiness for themselves and that the memories would shape them to handle future contingencies better. Secondly, thoughts going through your mind might be a piece of information that would be valuable to people, so why not put them into writing? The author, a neurologist, didn't let her thoughts go into thin air; rather, she went ahead to compile this awesome piece. I also learned how important it is to detest racism and see everyone as being equal.

This book made me realize how important mothers should be treated because of how they genuinely love and sacrifice for their children. I also got endeared to this write-up more because of its colorful content; the combination of colors incorporated showed that the graphic designer did a great job. I also commend the author for writing in simple terms; it made me understand the subject faster. The arrangement of the write-up was fascinating because it looked very organized and catchy.

I gave it a rating of four out of four stars. This rating wasn't difficult for me to decide on considering that I didn't dislike any aspect of the book; its content inspired me to always believe in a better tomorrow. It was also professionally edited because I discovered only a minor error.

I, therefore, recommend it to lovers of poetry books, people that detest racism, and individuals that experienced the pandemic because it would appeal to them. Other people not listed might not find it intriguing.

I am not a fan of poetry, but I do despise racism in any form and I did go through the pandemic, 2 out of 3 isn't bad. I do think that I would enjoy the colorful graphics and how this applies to the US.
