The Tree That Survived the Winter by Mary Fahy

Post by Mysterious »

This book was originally read to me by a friend when I was going through a very difficult time. It's written like a children's book in a way, but it's very deep and profound. It really helped me at the time, and it's my go-to book when I need a little perspective and/or encouragement to hang on. Whatever the situation at any given time, this book helps to address it somehow. Each time I read it, I gain some new insight. I highly recommend it to anyone who may be struggling, or just anyone who likes a well-written book that's simple to read. I would love to read more by Mary Fahy but have yet to do so. I like the illustrations in this book as well.
