"Love and Resistance" by Marie J. Monday is a strong book with lots of clear pictures from LGBTQ history in the 1960s and '70s. These special pictures show the excitement, fun, and kindness of important protests, showing how different people came together and stayed strong.

I understand how important it is to explore and connect with our emotions and experiences. That's why I highly recommend "Love and Resistance" by Marie J. Mond, a heartfelt collection of poems that touches upon themes such as forbidden love, anticipation, friendship amidst chaos, domesticity, freedom, and transformation. I truly believe that these poems will resonate with you and help you gain a deeper understanding of your own feelings. Congrats on BOTD!

I'm not a huge fan of poetry, yet I'm fascinated by the concept of forbidden love has piqued my interest, so you have piqued my interest with this review. The fact that there are 46 poems, and they're short, means I might appreciate these more than other poems. Thanks.

Love and Resistance by Marie J. Congratulations 👏 on your book of the day. It will be impressive and want to read more from inside the book a lot of life-transforming poems are buried inside but I'm recommending it to those who like reading love poem books since I don't like reading poem books. A lot more is written inside the book from the review I read by Azubuike from here, this book is professionally edited. This book can teach how to love and take care of each other thanks to the author for taking the time to write this book for the Lovers of Poem Books. Once again congratulations to the author.

I like a collection of short poems as presented by Mary J. I also like it's major themes of love, relationships and adversity.

Most part of the poems really resonates with an average person because the feeling and expression of love in diverse ways is universal.

Contrary to beliefs in some quarters, love is not without it's constraints and challenges. I recommend this collection for everyone - lovers and non-overs of poetry. It opens one's eyes to a lot of realities.

Thank you for your informative review. I'm glad that you liked it and that it was edited so well. The topics and subject areas in the poems sound great, it's just too bad that there were the downsides about the fonts, etc. I hope that those who enjoy poetry will choose to read this book. As I don't understand poetry very well, I am going to pass on it.

I'd particularly love to read the poems on forbidden love and Marie's thoughts about what its victims should do. Thank you for the wonderful review.

"Love and Resistance" by Marie J. Mond is a captivating collection of poems which address human's very emotion of 'love' that is so dominant and underrated in human emotions and can be seen in every human act whether its friendship, freedom, domesticity, and anticipation. Humans face multiple challenges in their daily life, as narrated by poetess, but they should not stop doing love and hope that is key to every lock.

From the beautiful cover to the last poem, I really enjoyed this book.
I love poetry, and try to understand the author feelings when it wrote.
Where the poem came from, what was the circumstance, what's the purpose.
Poems are open for interpretations, and I love this.
The poems in the book are deep and beautiful, full of sentiments.
It's a cozy reading, I'll definitely read again.
