I just finished this book and I must say I'm quite puzzled. Can anyone suggest to me the motive of the stories in it, and why are all the short stories "uncompleted" ?

Incompleting is an art of story :)

I agree with Zahid. I love to write poetry that ends with... so that it seems incomplete ad leaves the reader thinking about what more could have been written. Also, if you don't complete the story but peak readers' interest then you can write a second volume to end it - writers have to think about economics as well.
