I love this! You could easily market a collection of poems like this as an eBook for those who want to increase their empathy towards those of us who struggle with mental illness. It is a perfectly accurate snapshot for those who have simply never experienced anxiety.

Oh yes, I have anxiety too. I feel you so much. This poem hits it so hard for me. Because I felt each line of the poem deep in my heart.
